Admission Fee for the public is $10.00 per person at the door (children under 12 free).
Includes two free raffle tickets (a $4.00 value).
Friday, October 2, 2026
12:00 PM — Outside Tailgating (thru Sat.)
12:00 PM — Commercial vendor setup begins.
2:00 PM — Non-commercial vendor setup begins.
9:00 PM — Indoor arena closed for evening.
Saturday, October 3, 2026
5:30 AM-6:30 AM — Vendor Setup. Inside vehicle traffic permitted.
6:30 AM — Absolutely no inside vehicle traffic permitted after this time.
7:00 AM — Doors open for general public.
10:00 AM — VE Testing begins. (LaQuinta hotel across the parking lot.)
1:00 PM — Raffle drawings and closing.
~1:30 PM — Inside vehicle traffic permitted.
